Digital purchase policy

What you receive
Purchases are attached to the signed-in dashboard account for one named biologist. The checkout page identifies the tools, price and access period. Crew training, company records and project setup are separate.
Free accounts
Browsing and account creation are free. Your account includes Desert Tortoise Anatomy. Creating an account does not start a paid membership.
Individual purchases
Online tool passes provide 12 months of access with no automatic renewal. The separately purchased enhanced fillable qualifications form can be downloaded and kept, with no download-access expiry.
Memberships and cancellation
TTB Biologist Tools Dashboard Membership renews at $7 monthly or $59 annually, according to the interval selected at checkout. It includes the enhanced fillable qualifications form and the Nest Buffer Reference while the membership is active. Desert Tortoise Anatomy is free with a dashboard account and does not require a paid membership.
Cancel future renewals from Purchases & billing. Cancellation keeps access through the period already paid for. Files already downloaded remain yours to use.
Digital tools are non-returnable
Digital tools are non-returnable. If you have an access problem or believe a charge is incorrect, contact elizabeth@traveltwistbiologist.com for help. This policy does not limit rights required by applicable law.
Dashboard and payment privacy
The dashboard stores your account details, purchase history and access status to provide your tools and manage billing. Your name, email and purchase details are shared with Stripe to create checkout and billing sessions. Stripe processes payment information; the dashboard does not store your full card number or security code. Account and purchase records are hosted with Hostinger. If you choose newsletter emails, we also store your opt-in and preference history. Newsletter sign-up is optional and does not affect free anatomy access. You can withdraw it from Account → Email preferences.
